ANAF #376 Ladies Auxiliary began in 1973 with Stella Gunderson as our first President. Meetings were held in member’s homes for years and then we were at Rutland Elementary School. In 1976 there were approximately 70 members.
In 2006 we dropped down to 40 members due to the passing of so many members. After dealing with the Club closure and COVID, we are currently at 29 active members.
We have done many things!
- Raised money for hospital rooms when Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) was being built
- Participated in Good News Bear (Bears were made to raise Money) working with CHBC who promoted this charity event
- Helped with the ANAF Unit #376 and LA events
