Ladies Auxiliary Volunteering

The Ladies Auxiliary Volunteering Calendar tracks volunteers required for Events hosted at the ANAF Unit 376 Clubhouse. Volunteers can check out the events listed in the Ladies Auxiliary Volunteering Calendar below. Volunteers can call either Marianne Belland @ +1 (250) 859-1330 or Phyllis Walters at +1 (780) 722-6793 or simply fill out the form below. Remember to click on the “Submit” button. Form sent to Phyllis Walters who adds your name to the event(s) you are volunteering for. She will follow up with you if necessary.

Volunteering Opportunities

Fridays – Provide Soup & Sandwich for crib players – 2 volunteers 11 to 12:30 p.m.

Saturdays –  3 volunteers for “Snack Shack” during Meat Draws 2 to 5 p.m.

Sundays – 2 volunteers for  “Snack Shack” during Bingo 11:30 to 2:30 p.m.

2nd Saturday of each month – Run Meat Draw Table – 4 volunteers 2:30 to 5:00 pm.

2nd Saturday of each month  – Donate baking for Bake Raffle (Part of Meat Raffle Event).
